Also note, the palm tree shadow is wrong. There is no direct sunlight light on the palm tree so how does it throw that shadow. You really have potential but success is in the details.

There is some nice work here, but you need to go back and see what Dylan says about such things as lighting and making your buildings blend into the picture. The foreground buildings in particular look pasted on. But it is a good beginning, you just have a lot more work to do.

True; and there is no shadow from any of the very-tall (too-tall) buildings on the near shore. I would delete them or put something more romantic, more elegant, more fantastic in their place. Something less built-up, to make us all really want to find this place in 'real life'.

Ha, if only Hong Kong looked like this in real life. I know from personal experience it is so not a tropical paradise. >.< But this is gorgeous, I must say.
